Our charges

We recognise that concerns about fees are paramount. We therefore offer an initial 40 minute consultation for £100 + VAT. Thereafter our fees are calculated on an hourly basis but many people will find that they have legal expenses insurance that covers tribunal representation. Occasionally this is part of a package of benefits offered by the employer, but more usually is included in the household insurance. Check the small print on your policy. Solicitors' fees are often featured somewhere below garden sheds and bicycles. We also accept most major credit/debit cards.

From time to time we may agree to undertake a tribunal case on either a conditional fee or a contingent fee. These are often referred to as no win/no fee agreements. Feel free to enquire.
