We can provide training packages for companies’ HR departments or management. The training will usually be accompanied by a Power Point presentation and course material, together with case studies and practical exercises.

Employment Relations will be re-running their seminar on managing conflict in the workplace in March 2008 at the St Lawrence Cricket Ground in Canterbury.

For the lawyers amongst our readers, the Solicitors Regulatory Authority now insist that firms must have someone qualified to supervise (Rule 5.02) which entails attendance or participation in a course of learning management skills. This day's workshop will attract five accredited hours.
