Equality and Human Rights Commission
This is the statutory body which now operates to eliminate discrimination, reduce inequality, protect human rights and build good relations. It has taken over the work of the Disability Rights Commission, Equal Opportunities Commission and the Commission for Racial Equality.

Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform
The Department, now know as BERR has taken over the role of the now deceased DTI.
